From Shared Leads to 25 Jobs a Month: A New Website and Google Ads for a Phoenix Mold Removal Company
A young company with a real technical edge and no marketing engine. Most work came from referrals, and the rest from a lead marketplace that sent apartment managers and real estate agents instead of homeowners.

The challenge
The website was on Wix, broken in places and not built to rank. Paid leads came from a marketplace and were often unqualified: property managers and agents who couldn't authorize work. Referrals were good but couldn't grow the business on their own.
What we did
- Migrated the site from Wix to WordPress and redesigned it around the service and the call to action
- Fixed broken links, 404s and clunky navigation found in a technical audit
- Wrote a content plan the client's own writers could follow, and optimized existing pages
- Ran keyword and competitor research, then launched Google Ads with tightly targeted copy
- Tested and rewrote ads until each one earned more clicks at a lower price
The results
In under seven months the company went from no online pipeline to a steady 25 jobs a month from its own site and ads, against a target of 29. Average clicks per ad rose from 110 to 349, and the average cost per click fell from $15.27 to $5.21. New users to the website rose 502%.
What this means for an HVAC shop
Many HVAC shops are in the same spot: good work, lots of referrals, and a monthly bill for shared leads that also go to three competitors. A site that converts and ads you control take a few months to build, but every lead is yours. Mold and indoor air quality also sit right next to HVAC: if your shop sells IAQ, this is close to the buyer you're chasing.
About this case study. This client is a mold removal business, not an HVAC company. The work was done by Logic Inbound, part of the same company as HVAC Inbound. Figures come from the original write-up: read the original case study.
